Christmas

Well the 16# Prime Rib has been in the fridge since the last week of November. It will come out and go on the smoker on Christmas day at around 1200hrs, dinner is at 1600hrs at the Sis-n-laws. I am also going to be taking some ABT's and some pickle wraps. The wife is making some Corn Bread casserole and some desserts.

My first time

Well here we go. This is my first attempt at "Blogging". Ironically, it is a result of watching the movie "julie/Julia" not a bad flick, just not happy with the ending.
I have a competition BBQ team based out of Kansas City, Missouri as well as do some catering. My wife has let me dabble in this for a few years now. I have a daughter who is 4 and will be able to do the "Kids' Que's" starting in May of 2010 when she will be 5. We already practice with my "Lil' Joe" weber grill. She seems to like it, but who knows.

I will try to post some pictures if I can figure out how.
